Favourite film title sequence analysis: The shaw shank redemption

The title sequence first is on a plain black background and fades in and out in the following order.

They use a contrasting colour code in black and white, the the words stand out a lot more.

They use an old font, all the capital letters

It then fades into the first scene of the film, which is outside of his home.

The title sequence then continues while we are introduced to the first scene.
The camera then zooms out

We are then shown the main characters face
We are now shown important objects in the film to understand what is going on

It then jump cuts into the main character in the courtroom, showing how those two situations link up in some way.
The music stops and the judge starts talking to the main character, showing that now, the film is starting.

The song being played is;

If I didn't come by the ink spots
